TimeBubbles - The New Colt in Town

    Derpy Hooves flew aimlessly about the woods, nearly hitting every single tree within close proximety. Not that anypony should be concerned by this, as she did it quite frequently. She smiled, happy to be free from the jugemental ponies of the town, and be on her own if even for a bit. Where no pony could call her a screw up. Act like she didn't know anything. She was a pony too, after all. So she flew, smiling widely, even wider if she hit a tree. She could be alone. Be herself.

    "Oof!" shouted a blue phone booth as it hit the ground. Now mind you, it's rather unusal for a phone booth to speak, so it's safe to assume somepony was inside at the time.
    "Where..." suddenly, the door flung open and the head of a light brown colt popped out the side, "Where /am/ I?" The newcomer crawled out of the "Pony Box" all the way and surveyed the area. It was a new kind of place, unusual to say the least.
    "Is...is anyone even here?"

    "Oof!" shouted another voice. Though, this one belonged to Derpy Hooves, seeing as she rammed into another tree. This certain 'oof' seemed to catch the colt's attention, as he dashed in it's direction.
    "Hello? Is someone there? Are you alright?" the brown pony called as he wandered through the woods. Derpy took note of this and called back, "Hello? Who's there? I-I just wanted to be alone!"
    "N-no, I didn't mean to frighten you, miss!" The colt ran through the woods as the mare flew past the trees until they came to a stop. Considering they had colided.
    "Omigosh, I'm sorry!"
    "No, no, it's..quite alright." The new pony clutched a hoof to his head.
    "O-oh, are you okay?"
    "Fine, fine..." he lied. A thought suddenly hit Derpy, "You're new aren't you?! I'm Derpy Hooves! What's your name?!"
    "Eh..." he thought a bit. Thinking about even your own name is difficult after hitting your head that hard. Remember that, kids. "D-Doctor Whooves..."
    "Wow! That's a fun name!" Derpy said energetically, "Hey, if you're a doctor, you can fix your head, right?" She pointed a hoof to her own head to illustrate, though instead of pointing she ended up hitting herself a bit hard. The Doctor took her hoof in his own and lowered her arm, so she wouldn't hit herself again.
    "I'm not that kind of Doctor." The gray mare blushed ever so lightly at the hoof-in-hoof contact, and pulled away once she snapped out of it. "Oh. Okay..."
    "You are quite an interesting individual, to say the very least." Derpy's crossed, golden eyes only crossed more at the comment. "Thank...you? ...Is that a compliment?" The colt chuckled, "If you'd like it to be." The two smiled.
    "So, what brings you to Ponyville, Doctor?" He pointed a hoof at the Pony Box. "That."
Derpy's eyes crossed a bit more as she took a huge breath.
    "OMIGOSH LOOKIT IT'S SO COOL!!!!" She shouted, jumping into it. She poked her head out, "Uh, what is it?"
    "It's just a phone booth." he said, clearly lying through his teeth. Though, it was enough to fool the mare.
    "Oh." She seemed so disappointed. Oh, now he felt bad. She was so excited! He had to fix it. He didn't know why, but he just didn't like seeing her like that.
    "...On...the outside...Actually, er, Derpy Hooves, it's really a...time machine." Derpy's face lit up even more. "WOW, A TIME MACHINE!!! ARE YOU FROM THE FUTURE? ARE YOU FROM THE PAST? WHEREALLHAVEYOUGONEDOYOUGOONSUPERCOOLADVENTURESANDSTUFFIMEANWHATALLDOYOU--" Doctor Whooves clasped a hoof over Derpy's mouth. "Calm down, it's nothing special."
    "Mmmf." He released the mare and looked around.
    "Is...there anyone else here?"
    "Of course! Everypony else lives in Ponyville! It's just through here, follow me!" Without warning, Derpy grabbed hold of the Doctor's hoof and flew in the direction of town.

'This' thought the Doctor, 'is going to be my most interesting adventure yet...'
